At West Main Jewelers, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to help under the guidelines below.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition, with all original packaging and tags.

  • A valid receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.

  • Cash refunds may be issued as store credit, at management’s discretion.

  • Shipping, sizing, and special service fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or special-order jewelry

  • Engraved or personalized items

  • Repairs, restoration work, and labor services

  • Loose diamonds or gemstones

  • Eternity bands

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards

Repairs & Warranty

  • Manufacturer warranties apply where applicable.

  • We offer professional repair services; pricing varies based on the work needed.

  • Damage caused by normal wear, misuse, or accidents is not considered a defect.

Exchanges & Sizing

  • Ring sizing or alterations may be available for an additional fee.

  • Altered items may no longer be eligible for return.
